More than just an affordable place to rest your head after touring the Met and hitting up The Lion King, Yotel has created an entire floor ‘FOUR’ with a mission to provide just as much of a destination as the city itself. At the heart of FOUR and surrounded by a well-manicured terrace, the eatery DohYO serves up the hands-down most excellent margaritas you will find on the west side, pairing them up with sweet and spicy, Latin-Asian fused fare that comes in sharable, tapas sized portions.

Skip the regular seating and plop down at the long communal tables in the middle of the restaurant. Modeled after traditional Japanese dining, this section adds a fun twist by letting your legs dangle in recesses under the table-a great experience for kids and adults that like some fun with their dining. As for food, delicious sushi options abound, but definitely go straight for the Chile Dusted Tuna Salad for you fish fix, and to kick start your meal. After that, take your picks from an extensive list of sharable meat, seafood, noodle and vegetable plates. Be sure not to miss the tender Halibut Sliders ($9), Crunchy Shrimp ($8) or Wok Fried Okra ($5) and wash them all down with multiple Mango Margaritas($13).

Service is super fast, so order your favorites and then feel free to digest and get adventurous for round two. After midnight on the weekends, the communal tables lower to reveal an impromptu performance space.

That looks like a great place. The outside looks kind of like a hotel. I like fast service. This would be good if you have an event and want to eat quickly. I’ll be searching for it.
