With an impressive 15 year career in Hollywood as a writer for such hit shows as “Beverly Hills 90210,” “Ellen,” “Saturday Night Live,” “Mad About You” and “Arrested Development,” she stops by The Strand to discuss the art of writing for television and to read from her most recent novel, This One is Mine. Joining her is Darren Starr, who if you didn’t already know, created “Beverly Hills 90210,” “Melrose Place” and “Sex and the City.” One of the best Japanese restaurants in the city, Yama, serves up some of the hugest and freshest portions of sushi, while not being as expensive as you think.
