Got a hankering for ‘ants on a log’ or something that would have made Elvis’s mouth water (though God knows there were a lot of things that made Elvis’s mouth water, and some were even food!) get your hungry self down to The Peanut Butter & Co. Sandwich Shop. This is the real deal when it comes to PB and J’s (or any variation of); you get choices of bread, you get carrot sticks and potato chips, milk shakes, sodas but mainly it’s the peanut butter, from cinnamon to maple to creamy or chunky of the old variety, this is the only place in town that does this old tradition right. A well lit, small, but very clean place, the staff is fun, the sandwiches thick and big and the peanut butter flavors range from the norm to out of this world great, and of course, peanut butter-y.
