Warren Tricomi is a name that conjures up celebrities and the elite. With salons in exclusive outposts such as the Plaza Hotel in New York City, L.A, Miami, and soon in Las Vegas, Warren Tricomi salons are not always readily accessible to the mainstream. Consequently, Joel Warren and his partner Edward Tricomi have come to the people with a thorough, wide-ranging hair care line. Given that I bleached my hair for winter, I tried the Strength Shampoo (9.25 oz, $18) and the Strength Conditioner (9.25 oz., $20) for color treated hair. The shampoo contains botanicals, wheat protein, and vitamins A, C, and E. The shampoo is effective in cleansing hair of product build up. The conditioner has avocado, milk, and wheat protein leaving hair gleaming. Both products have a pleasant, subtle aroma and they are quick to lather. The only shortcoming is the Strength shampoo is not as hydrating as other shampoo products on the market. But the end result is a quality hair care line by two people who have spent years treating hair ready for the glitz and glamour of Hollywood.
