If I told you Terror Pigeon Dance Revolt was known for brandishing extreme costumes before performing, it would explain their whole mentality. The music is crazy, exciting, loud and vibrant. Another mouthful is their album I LOVE YOU! I LOVE YOU! I LOVE YOU AND I’M IN LOVE WITH YOU! HAVE AN AWESOME DAY! HAVE THE BEST DAY OF YOUR LIFE!!. There is no other way to explain how wacky this band is. I mean, just by looking at the band’s name and album title you should have a pretty good idea of what you’re in for. Their music is layer upon layer of different sounds. There are many instrumentals, not to mention that during any given song there could be what sounds like 10 voices. This creates an interesting effect but at some points you feel like you are being yelled at. “So now we’re hiding under covers from your roommates other lovers and the weight (or wait.) A tidal wave of raw emotion clamoring all the oceans to its side.” Is a line from “Tokyo Drift.” The songs are mostly screaming anthems of killer heartbreak and wanted make-ups.
