Stay With Me Long-Lasting Lipgloss by Essence is absolutely fabulous! Essence is a line imported from Germany that is new to the US. Their products fit the price range of drugstore beauty products and are low budget. They can be found at Ulta stores as well as online!
Through my typical day that included breakfast, lunch, (lots of) coffee and dinner, I only had to apply it three times. The name “Stay With Me†is accurate because the vivid, red color DID stay on my lips throughout the day. Even if it wasn’t 100% there, I could still see the color as it faded away on my lips. The good thing about this product is that fading isn’t bad since it is so vivid when first applied.
There is a great pigment and shine in this lipgloss that gives a va-voom look! It has a color-intense texture that doesn’t lay light on your lips but is a bit creamy.
One of the best things about it is that it makes a statement. It not only stays on throughout the day but has a beautiful color palette. “Kiss Kiss Kiss†the color I wore, is for the daring woman who doesn’t want to just show up somewhere, she wants to arrive! Other options are Trendsetter, Candy Bar, Me and My Ice Cream and I Like Cotton Candy. They range from light pink to berry and red. It’s a steal at $2.29!
After using the product, I think it is great for women who are comfortable with color on their lips. For those who are lipstick virgins, I would suggest staying away from this product since the pigment is so strong. However I felt great wearing it, I got great feedback from people and I plan on wearing it to special events that I have coming up!
