How to Look Hot in Hot Yoga: My Picks for the Best in Hot Yoga Fashion

I’ve been a Hot Yoga fan for the past 9 years but only recently have I discovered the wonderful world of Hot Yoga fashion. There are hundreds of lines out there dedicated to creating the perfect ensembles for sweating and stretching. No matter what your body type, no matter what your level of fitness, your practice will undoubtedly become even more enjoyable when you are properly outfitted. Here, I’ve put together a list of my 3 favorite Hot Yoga Brands that keep me looking and feeling fabulous, even in the most intense heat.

1. Onzie Yoga Wear
I have an extremely quirky sense of style, so what first attracted me to Onzie was their fun colors and prints. I’m a huge fan of their Bustier top in Stripes/Lace matched with their Fitness Short in Stripes. The look is classic Audrey and with their Free Flow Fabric technology, all of Onzie’s pieces are versatile enough to be worn on the beach as well as in the yoga studio.

2. Lulu Lemon
Lulu Lemon is a trusted name in Yoga Fashion, however, what many people don’t know is that they have certain designs that are built with Hot Yoga in mind. My favorite Lulu Lemon pieces for the Hot Box are the Flow Y Bra IV, made with Luon, Mesh, & COOLMAX fabric, and the Groove Short, made completely with Luon fabric. Both of these pieces keep me cool as well as compliment a curvier figure, which for me is a must.

3. Mika Yoga Wear
Mika Yoga Wear was actually created by a Hot Yogini, so their entire line is dedicated to breathability and movement. I’ve always steered away from wearing pants in Hot Yoga class but when I tried their Audrey Capri,  I became an instant fan of “hot pants.” When you’re dealing with high quality material, the extra fabric ends up keeping you cooler. I also love their Lolita Bra Top. It provides the perfect lift and just the right amount of coverage.
