Palladio Herbal Foundation Primer ($12) is an affordable, mass retail product that works on par with expensive, designer brands. The herbal foundation primer is a clear gel that effortlessly absorbs into skin creating a silky finish and reduces lines and pores. It contains vitamins, grape seed oil, safflower oil, and ginseng. Aside from the terrific price point, I used Palladio Herbal Foundation Primer for a month and it delivered what it said it would. My skin tone was instantly smooth (no wait time for absorption) and it was ultra-hydrating with a matte finish. Prior to the primer, I was unacquainted with the Florida-based brand, but I hear their eye shadow primer and lip balm are incredible.
