A Non-Greasy Solution to Anti-Aging: Kiehl’s Hydro-Plumping Re-Texturizing Serum Concentrate

Kiehls Hydro PlumpingHaving skin that is prone to breakouts, the anti-aging fight is particularly challenging for me. Controlling acne while preventing wrinkles at the same time is quite the impossible task. While I have a few SPF products containing moisturizers that I like for daytime wear, I’ve been hard pressed to find a nighttime moisturizer that wasn’t super greasy.

I started using Kiehl’s Hydro-Plumping Re-Texturizing Serum Concentrate a few weeks ago and I love it. It is not greasy in the slightest and is quickly absorbed by the skin, hydrating its deepest layers. The product’s key ingredients are Glycerin and Shiso Leaf Extract, which work to draw in moisture and lock it in. With other anti-aging night creams, I would wake up with a few new breakouts and excessively oily skin. With this one, my skin is balanced- no excess oil and no clogged pores.

Is this product for everyone? If you have excessively dry skin, I’m not sure. Perhaps you would benefit from a richer night cream. However, if you’re like me and have sensitive, acne prone skin, I’d most definitely give this a try. Friends have commented on how much more supple my skin looks and I think the Kiehl’s Hydro-Plumping Re-Texturizing Serum Concentrate has a lot to do with it.

Have you tried it? How did it work for you? Get in on the conversation in the comment section below.
