Preventing Wrinkles As You Sleep: The Your Face Pillow Is a Beauty Must

My Face Beauty PillowThis past summer, I took a beach trip with my girlfriends and we shared a hotel room. As we drifted off into slumber the first night, my one friend was shocked that I was a “side- sleeper.” “Aren’t you afraid of getting wrinkles?” she asked, mortified for the future state of my face. Apparently, we’re supposed to sleep on our backs for a number of reasons, and especially to prevent wrinkles.

I had always been a sound sleeper but now I was becoming restless. How could I have missed this huge detail in skincare? We sleep for an average of 8 hours a night! All of the moisturizing creams in the world can’t correct me smooshing my face against a pillow constantly. I had to start sleeping on my back.

But it was impossible! Night after night I tried and failed to change my habits. It just wasn’t comfortable for me.

Then one day, someone suggested I try the Your Face Pillow. I was skeptical at first but figured I had nothing to lose.

The first night I used the My Face Pillow, I successfully slept soundly on my back. Here’s why it works:

1. Recessed Side Supports and Head Rest
With these features, your face is completely separated from contact with the pillow as you sleep.

2. Memory Foam
The pillow is made of an uber comfortable memory foam material that makes sleeping on your back downright dreamy.

3. Ergonomic Neck Support
The pillow was designed to support the natural curvature of the spine.

4. Two Hypo-Allergenic Covers
The pillow has an outer cover that’s removable, machine washable, and hypo-allergenic. On the inside, it has an inner cover that helps protect the memory foam that is also hypo-allergenic.

For the past few weeks, I’ve been using the Your Face Pillow and I’ve definitely noticed a difference not only in wrinkles but in acne. I usually get a blemish or two on the side of my face but since I’ve started sleeping on my back, they’ve gone away as well.
