Cookin’ is what Mr. And Mrs. R. get up to well on Take It on Faith. This is about as solid a rock country mix of tunes you are going to hear and Gary and Dale both are in fine form tackling mature subject matter and Gary getting to man the ship here with his signature playing. The players behind the pair are about as lock-step in sync as you can hope to find, with Dale and Gary blending into the mix enough that their contributions are not overplayed and proceedings truly feel like a band effort.
